This Gefen FW-IEEE-1394 FireWire Hub has six hot-pluggable ports and is suitable for 100, 200, and 400 Mbps applications.
The FW-IEEE-1394 supports the latest 6pin FireWire
peripherals. It complies with IEEE 1394a standards for reliable throughput
at 100, 200, and 400 Mbps transfer rates. It works with 6/6 pin or
6/4 pin cables, and is suitable for HDTV, DVD, A/V receivers, PC
or Mac computers, or any FireWire-enabled equipment.
FireWire is also known as i.Link, iLink, IEEE.1394.a.
