This Gefen 6-Pin to 6-Pin cable supports the latest 6pin FireWire peripherals.  It complies with IEEE 1394 standards for reliable throughput up to 1600 Mbps.  FireWire is also known as i.Link or iLink.

These ultra-high speed 6/6 cables are suitable for HDTV, DVD, A/V receivers, PC or Mac computers, or any equipment equipped with 6-Pin jacks.  

The pins are gold plated to ensure reliable connections.  Multiple shields protect your signals from RF and EM noise while the low loss design ensures that your digital transmissions are error-free and bit-perfect.   For HDTV applications, that means stunning picture detail, and flawless color.

Please notice that the colors pictured here represent Gefen's latest color scheme for FireWire cables, but some cables will continue to ship in other color combinations until Gefen has exhausted their current inventory.
