The Audio Authority SCP-11D Component / Digital Audio Extender system employs Audio Authority's industry-leading AGE (Active Gain Equalization) technology, making it possible to transmit component video and digital audio up to 1000 feet over a single Cat 5 type cable. The system supports all HD resolutions up to 1080p.
The SCP-11D includes one 1180TD Decora-style wallplate transmitter and one 1180RD Decora-style wallplate receiver, but may also be expanded by adding an additional 1180R or 1180RD receiver module (offered as an optional upgrade below).

Overview
The SCP-11D is a high performance point-to-point extender that enables transmission of high definition component video and multi-channel digital audio up to 1,000 feet from the source. Utilizing Audio Authority's proprietary AGE (Active Gain Equalization) technology, image quality is maintained over long distances. Passive baluns can't compete with active balanced line technology like that found in the SCP-11D, which offers higher bandwidth, excellent impedance matching, and superior noise rejection.
