The Audio Authority SCP-11 Component / Digital Audio Extender system can transmit component video and digital audio
up to 1000 feet over a single Cat 5 type cable. The system supports all HD resolutions up to 1080p. The
SCP-11 includes one 1180T transmitter and one 1180R receiver, but may also be expanded by adding an additional
1180R or 1180RD receiver module (offered as an optional upgrade below).
If you would prefer to have the same system built into wallplates, please check out the SCP-11D.
Like most Audio Authority products, the model SCP-11 comes with a one year limited warranty from the manufacturer.

Model SCP-11
Now Shipping! Our leading AGE (Active Gain Equalization) technology, now applied to a
single Cat 5 system suitable for transmitting 1080p component video and digital coaxial audio up to 1,000
feet from the source.
For maximum installation flexibility, the Cat 5 receivers are phantom powered from the transmitter for
runs up to 700 feet. Receiver power supply (571-014) required for >700 ft. distances. Made in the
USA.
The SCP-11 system includes (1) 1180T and (1) 1180R.
Overview
The SCP-11 is a high performance point-to-point extender that enables transmission of high definition component
video and multi-channel digital audio up to 1,000 feet from the source. Utilizing Audio Authority's proprietary
AGE (Active Gain Equalization) technology, image quality is maintained over long distances. Passive baluns
can't compete with active balanced line technology like that found in the SCP-11, which offers higher bandwidth,
excellent impedance matching, and superior noise rejection.
