The versatile 1185ci Multi-mode HD Distribution Amplifier can distribute both
high-definition video and audio signals to as many as four destinations, without
signal degradation. It features ultra-wide video bandwidth, making it
equally proficient with either Y/Pb/Pr or RGBHV video, easily handling all HDTV
resolutions, including 1080p. For RGBHV applications, the analog audio channels
can be configured to handle the H and V sync channels.
In addition to pristine video, the 1185ci can also deliver audiophile-quality
analog stereo and digital audio. It seamlessly converts between optical
and coaxial digital audio, providing an elegant solution to many system
integration problems.
The 1185ci features rugged all-metal construction and a compact form factor:
1.75" H x 10.5"W x 4.1" D.
Like most Audio Authority products, the model 1185ci comes with a one year limited warranty from the manufacturer.

distribution amplifier specifically designed with the needs of custom
home and commercial integration in mind. High bandwidth component video
pathways handle up to 1080p resolution, while analog audio, digital
optical, and digital coaxial audio are distributed as well.
One input, four outputs. Activate the RGBHV mode to use Y/Pb/Pr/L/R
pathways for RGB signal distribution. Cross-converts digital optical and
digital coaxial inputs to the opposite digital format, making both
available on the output side. Digital coax pathway can be used for
composite video.
